Returns Policy

General Return Guidelines

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
  • Receipt: A valid proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, etc.) is required for all returns and exchanges.

Bike Returns

  • Bicycles: Bicycles must be returned in a like-new, unridden condition. Any signs of wear, damage, or use may disqualify the bike from a full refund or exchange.
  • Assembly Fee: If the bicycle was assembled at our store, a non-refundable assembly fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • Return Process:
    • Contact us to initiate the return process.
    • For in-store purchases, bring the bicycle and receipt to the store.
    • For online purchases, carefully repackage the bicycle in its original box and contact us for a return shipping label.

Accessories and Parts

  • Accessories: Accessories must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
  • Parts: Bike parts must be unused and in their original packaging. Opened or installed parts are not eligible for return.
  • Return Process:
    • In-store purchases: Bring the item and receipt to the store for a return or exchange.
    • Online purchases: Contact us to obtain a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Warranty and Defective Products

  • Manufacturer’s Warranty: Products that are defective due to manufacturing or material issues are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. Please contact us for assistance with warranty claims.
  • Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the product to be repaired, replaced, or refunded.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.
  • Return Label: For online purchases, a pre-paid return shipping label can be provided upon request, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply for returned bicycles and large items, depending on their condition upon return.
